Horizon Capital is a private equity investor dedicated to buy and build in technology and service businesses. Ārahi worked with their portfolio team to develop a monthly trading pack to show performance across their portfolio on a consistent basis including long term buy and build execution. We also built out their quarterly review pack.
Preventx
Preventx is the world’s largest provider of remote sexual health testing services. Ārahi worked with the CEO and leadership team to develop a strategy and value creation plan which maps a clear path to growth via domestic market penetration and international expansion in Europe and North America.
PepTalks
PepTalks is the UK’s leading training provider for PE-backed CEOs and their management teams. Ārahi’s Jon Andrew is an Honorary Member who regularly hosts their CEO events, and facilitates their Excellence and Accelerate training programmes.
Ethos
Ethos Partners is a private investment office set up by private equity professionals to invest their own capital alongside sophisticated, high net worth investors into quality, smaller private equity transactions. Ārahi worked with the Senior Management Team to design and produce their monthly trading pack including leaderboard and form guide, as well as their 6-monthly valuation pack which is distributed to investors.
Mobius Life
Mobius is an award-winning institutional investment platform servicing the pension and investment sector. Ārahi worked with the CEO and leadership team to develop their business strategy and value creation plan to benefit from the significant opportunities arising in their key markets. The strategy maps out sector-specific paths to growth, playing to the strengths of Mobius’ innovative and award-winning technology platform.
Development Bank of Wales
DBW funds businesses that benefit Wales and the Welsh people. In addition to debt finance, they provide equity funding for early-stage tech startups and growth businesses, and support management buy-outs. Ārahi runs training for DBWs investment teams on topics ranging from Strategy to Action and Exit Planning, and developed a Playbook for Value Creation which sets out the bank’s philosophy on working with management teams over the course of their journey together.
