At the onset of each project, David quickly gathers comprehensive information to understand the challenge entirely. This information enables him and the team to rewrite briefs, maximising the Design team's impact. He measures this impact using key performance indicators aligning with user and business aims.
David started as a Freelance Designer at Guardian Media Group, contributing to D&AD award-winning data visualisations displayed at the London Design Museum. At Telegraph Media Group, he earned three European Newspaper Innovation Awards. As a Freelance User Experience Engineer, he worked with clients, including Google Trends and Oxford University. Collaborating with Economist Impact, he developed products for Facebook, UBS, and McKinsey & Company. At Springer Nature, he designed SaaS products that helped grow Macmillan Education's global user base. Now, at Ārahi, he is dedicated to creating the best possible user experiences for their clients.

David's qualifications include degrees from five universities. He has received two academic awards: Best MSc Dissertation and Best Overall Student. The three most relevant degrees for his role at Ārahi are a BA Hons in Creative Enterprise from Leeds Beckett University, an MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck University, and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from City University.
